President Duterte went to the wake of Senior Inspector Mark Gil Garcia yesterday who was slain in the gun battle between Garcia and two suspects last Friday, August 19.
Duterte aforementioned that Garcia is just one of the many police that passed away during these operations. Also, that we should also take note on how many police men are being slain during buy-bust operations. There are average of 1 of 2 police men are being wiped out.
This is due to the reaction of the suspects during these operations. Suspects fought the police by shooting them first.
